Run a school day, right here
Pick a module and watch it play out on a staff screen and a family phone — or take over and try it yourself.
It's a sandbox: nothing you do here is saved or sent.
Interactive demo: Attendance
Everyone starts present, so a teacher only marks the exceptions. Approved leave is already filled in, and families see the day's record.

Mark only the exceptions
Everyone starts as present and Citra's approved leave is pre-filled. Mark two students late or absent — we suggest Aisha and Bayu.
Privacy and safety
Built to be trusted with children's records
A school hands Sekolah its students' details, its fees and its pickups. Here is how that is protected. Every line describes what the product does today.
Every look at a child's sensitive record is written down
Opening a student's identity profile, viewing or exporting the school register, or opening a clinic record adds an entry to one shared log.

Sample entries from a demo school
- If an entry cannot be saved, the record is not shown.
- An entry says who, what and when. It never copies the ID numbers or health details themselves.
- The database rejects any change to an entry, so none can be edited or deleted.
- Only administrators can read the log.
Everyone sees their own part
Administrator
The whole school, with permissions set for each role.
Teacher
Only the classes they teach.
Guardian
Only their own children.
Student
Only their own work and results.
Nothing half-finished reaches a family
An exam with an essay waits for a teacher, and families see only the final score. Once results are released, the grades cannot be changed.
A child leaves with a verified person
The guardian shows a one-time QR pass and staff verify it before the child is released. Every step is on the record.
Corrections keep their history
A corrected attendance record shows who changed it and why. Wallet transactions and asset history cannot be edited or deleted.
Your records stay your school's
The school decides who is added and what each role may do, and Biissa runs the service on its behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use student records for advertising.

How it works
Three steps to your first school day
Create your school
Sign up with your school's name and email, confirm the address, and you are the administrator.
Set up classes and invite people
Add the academic year, classes and students — or import a Dapodik-format sheet — then invite teachers and guardians.
Run the school day
Teachers mark attendance, families get updates, fees are paid online, and results are released only when they are final.
Everything else
The rest of a school's day, already built in
Beyond the demos above, every module follows the same rule: the right view for each person, with a clear record behind it.
Teaching and learning
Assignments and materials
Publish work and lesson outlines to a class, then review submissions with feedback.
Report cards
Term snapshots in the Kurikulum Merdeka layout, with corrections that keep their history.
Conduct notes
Positive and concern notes teachers can correct, with families seeing what the school chooses to share.
Library
A catalogue with copy counts, check-out and return, and overdue loans at a glance.
Families and money
Leave requests
Guardians ask, teachers decide, and approved leave pre-fills attendance.
Canteen wallet
Prepaid student wallets, online top-ups, and a cashier screen that confirms the student first.
Finance reports
Collection summary, aging, a payment ledger and student statements, with CSV export.
Running the school
Student register
Dapodik-format identity and address data, with Excel export and spreadsheet import.
Inventory
A school-wide asset register with condition, location and a history that cannot be edited.
School clinic (UKS)
Visit records limited to the classes a staff member can reach, with every access logged.
Questions
Questions schools ask before they start
Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, write to us.
Who can see a child's information?
Only members of that school, and only what their role allows. Teachers reach the classes they teach, a guardian sees their own children, a student sees their own work, and administrators decide what each role may do. Each time identity details, the school register or a clinic record is viewed, it is logged.
Do you sell our data or use it for advertising?
No. Sekolah does not sell personal information and does not use school or student records for advertising. The privacy policy says so in plain words, and it covers how long data is kept and how to ask for access, correction or deletion.
Can Biissa's team open our school's workspace?
Only through a recorded support session. An administrator on our team must give a written reason, the session works for that one school and ends within 8 hours, it never opens the family portal, and every start, action and end goes into an audit trail that cannot be edited.
Is the demo on this page real? Does it save anything?
It is a sandbox: nothing you do on this page is saved or sent. When you start a school you get your own workspace and become its administrator.
How do families get in?
The school invites them, and guardians and students get a one-time setup link. A family that wants a place at the school applies during an admission window the school opens, with no account needed to apply.
Does it fit Indonesian schools?
Yes. Screens are in Bahasa Indonesia and English, report cards follow the Kurikulum Merdeka layout, the student register uses the Dapodik format and exports to Excel, and fees can be paid by QRIS or virtual account.
Who is behind Sekolah, and how do I reach you?
Sekolah is built and operated by PT Biissa Maju Bersama. You can write to us at admin@biissa.com.
